The technical variety is inherent in the training of Sanshou, which refers to various traditional martial experiences, offers, on a tactical level, an advantage to Sanshou over other “combat sports.” However, the goal is not to prioritize a specific technique, as it happens for boxing, Kick, or Judo, to name a few, to be able to compare on three different tactical planes.

Vast space for boxing leg and arm work, in addition to hand-to-hand combat and the latter in-ground projection. It turns out to be an effective combat discipline, as well as a good system for self-defense.

Anyone can approach Sanshou even if its address is not for the competition, which can be practiced in technical training for individual physical fitness. The teaching program provides a wide range of proposals, including legwork, arm techniques, rhythmic and agonistic conditioning, sparring (technical work in two), bag training and hitting. It can be deepened on request, for training in the competitive sector or technical instructor.
