Shoot Boxing is a natural mixture of explosive techniques among the combat disciplines on the ring, therefore related to professional environments.
We can say, without any doubt, that it is a complete discipline of the professional fighting and defense systems. Naturally, this discipline is reserved for those who already have good experience in fighting systems.
Shoot Boxing, in its training path, in addition to what is mentioned in the discipline of Sanda Sanshou, provides:
- the learning, or the deepening of traditional boxing that is integrated with the different technical themes promoted by the conventional fighting arts;
- the training in the use of the most effective leg techniques and relegated to the most systematic combat;
- the work with the deadly methods of joint dislocation for the immobilization;
- the fight on the ground.
The practitioner of Shoot or “Shoot Fighter” is a complete fighter under all technical profiles and able to compete in a competition and not. Shoot Boxing, therefore, is an excellent system that can meet the tactical needs of an expert who wants to complete his martial training, as well as prepare the skills of professional security in general.
In the IACMA academy Shoot, boxing is taught at an advanced competitive level, or at least after preparatory training in one of the various fighting disciplines in the school.
Also is possible to join a training program for technicians, with the possibility of having their role recognized at a national and international level, teaching, or just for their professional curriculum.
