Topics of the stages
Neigong: foundations and practice culture;
Zhang zhuang and Doyin Qigong;
Taijiquan: principles and culture;
Quan Jia: developing experience through form (the fluid flow of the 1st form; the wave of 2nd form);
Tuishou: development of sensory and educational on the 20 forces;
Sanshou: the multiple applications of Taijiquan.

• Friday 15th November: evening dedicated to Chan meditation, culture and practice; from 07:00 pm to 09:45 pm
• Saturday 16th November: Fundamental Qigong for the internal work Neigong and the Quanjia form; from 09:30 am to 05:00 pm – lunch break
• Sunday 17th November: Water Taijiquan: the basic concepts of the system and solo practice of the Quanjia form and Tuishou two-man work; from 09:30 am to 05:00 pm
