Saturday 18 March: Qigong Fundamental for the internal Neigong work and the Quanjia form
Sunday 19 March: Water Taijiquan: the basic concepts of the system and practice
a solo on the Quanjia form and the work in two Tuishou

Friday 24 March: evening dedicated to Chan meditation, culture and practice (7:00-9:45 pm)
Saturday 25 March: Fundamental Qigong for the
internal work Neigong and the Quanjia form (09:30 am-5:00 pm; lunch break)
Sunday 26 March: Water Taijiquan:
the basic concepts of the system and solo practice of the Quanjia form and Tuishou two-man work (09:30-17:00)
